I understand that my hoa and its attorney is taking legal action to force a father and son to sell their house to my hoa. What the hell good is that doing all of us in my association? I don’t want my association buying a house, to settle a dispute between two neighbors. My HOA board has already
ready spent 32K on this nonsense, been going on for 4 or 5 years. None of this is a gain in any way for most of the members of my association, except those who want to be in the clique in order to bond together about an issue which had been exploited by certain members of previous boards. Now is the time to quit this obscene HOA board of directors’ feeding of money to lawyers. I would venture to say that there is no viable option to make an association home owner sell his house to an hoa. But, I am not a lawyer, and maybe that is the problem.
