my hoa has saved us over $15,000. (planting trees?)

in the town crier of 7 20 17 – my hoa – it is written:

….The Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts returned on Saturday, July 15th to continue and finish up the project around Cypress
Pond. The estimated costs for completing the work performed by the Scouts ranged between 15K and 20K$. Combined with
their efforts and many donations from the community the HOA expense was approximately $1500 to secure the bank area
erosion around the pond…..

  1. RAH-RAH RHA…………….. really who gave them estimates of 20K to fix a bank, oh the same guys who have been charging us three and four times for cutting down the same tree since the hurricane. LETS SEE KNOW
first we need to remove the tree that is blocking the path, that’s one charge, nest we need to remove the four foot stump left by the first tree removal charge, now we need to remove the base of the tree down to a tripping stump, and now we are going to be charge again for removing said stump.

Next they will want to charge for raking up the leaves from the stump…lol fools!
