In the first half of Wednesday’s show , President and CEO of the International Combat Martial Arts Federation, Brad Steiner, addressed the problem of violence and personal assaults in the U.S. and what the average person needs to know about technical/tactical readiness. There has been an uptick in viciousness and cruelty when it comes to attacks, he cited, such as a recent case where a man was stabbed to death for flashing a middle finger at people involved in a Bronx car crash.
