Conflicting information on HOA meeting for 8 10 17.

In my HOA board of directors’ notice to all association members, it is announced that “BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING” is scheduled to be held at the VFW Hall, Port Orange.

Then  the notice informs us that” this meeting is a private business meeting in a private facility.  Any recording of these private meetings must be requested in writing….”

So tell me  –  Am I going to a REGULAR MEETING or to a PRIVATE BUSINESS MEETING? We, who I think are stake holders in this HOA association are told “taping of this meeting without board’s approval … is illegal and thus prohibited.”
