HOAs in charge of “Altruism” – hank 11 9 17

Whatever degree of altruism I might have or not have, I  do not need an HOA Board  taking charge or advantage  of anyone’s neighborly actions in my community. Let  me put it another way-  Good works not done with the authorization or approval of an HOA board are not worthy?  — hank springer
